Both Numminen, his family and the Stars are happy that he is ok and that his career will stay going.
It seemed that the more specialists Teppo went to, the happy the news got..
On Monday he said that he's not in any serious danger of a injury, but that he will have to have surgery for his condition "in five or 10 years."
Teppo Numminen must also monitor his heart condition every six months or a year.
Dallas Stars head coach Dave Tippett was certainly happy to welcome Numminen back to the lineup, which has been playing without Sergei Zubov who has a charley horse and Jon Klemm missing the line up with a groin strain for the last three games which is the rest of the Stars regular-season schedule but will most likely be playing with his teammates in the playoffs.
Stars right wing Jere Lehtinen skated for a few on Monday morning, but to
return from his back spasms is still questionable, while Zubov did make an
appearance on Monday for practice.
