Flyers limp away, with win
For the Philadelphia Flyers, Thursday night's 2-1 victory over
the
New York Rangers was a battle. With this victory, the Flyers extended their
lead
in the Atlantic Division to nine points, but are now left to without Jeremy
Roenick. Roenick suffered a broken
jaw after being struck with the puck and Primeau suffered a possible concussion
in a collision
with New York's Bobby Holik. The Flyers new goalie Sean Burke made 26 saves,
including one on Jaromir Jagr
5:34 into the third period. >>More
