In the mid-'80s to mid-'90s at the DMR Group, he was an early practitioner and innovator in the methodologies and execution of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) consulting engagements, achieving documented and published order-of-magnitude bottom-line improvements for his clients.
As a business improvement strategy and hands-on implementation leader, he engages with client executives and line management to conduct fact-based discovery and analysis studies, identify business performance drivers, define business visions, assess and craft strategic business models, define organizational and operational objectives, plan implementation roadmaps, and architect and implement business solutions integrated with appropriate technology to achieve the client's goals.
