Two Weeks (formerly DSN - don't tell anyone that) formed sometime in 1999. For the first year or so, Justin Warren (Stin) and Noel Sinclair jammed almost everyday. They wrote songs and played cover tunes for fun, but soon realized that without a bass player, they would not get far. Around the time of this realization, N.R.N.P., a favorate local band called it quits. Justin and Noel quickly attempted to persuade their former bassist, Dave Calvert to become the D in DSN. They jammed once and everything fell apart. Dave made a quick exit and they didn't see him again for six months. Eventually Justin and Noel managed to trick Dave in to coming to jam again. This time _SN had written a different set with an enhanced version of their previous style (enhanced version meaning four chord songs instead of three chord songs). This time things clicked and in the summer of 2000, DSN was born.

DSN's first show was at their highschool christmas talent show in December 2000. They were told by the nazi vice principal that they were only to play 3 songs. Their response from their fellow classmates was so good, that after the 3rd song was over and the nazi vice-principal began walking across the stage to introduce the next act, they broke into a 6 minute blistering version of Metalica's For Whom the Bell Tolls. Needless to say, they did not win because they had defied the nazi who was also one of the judges.

Anyways, they've played shows in Moose Jaw, Regina, and Saskatoon. Most of their shows were a disaster as Justin and Noel are on the verge of being alcoholics and they refused to play a show no less than blisteringly drunk. They managed to creat such a a bad reputation for themselves that they could no longer play shows. They were known to people in Moose Jaw and Regina as a joke and in late 2002, DSN parted ways and Two Weeks were born (same members as DSN).

After becoming less drunk and more serious about their music, Two Weeks debut show was at an almost sold out show on March 29, 2003 in Moose Jaw. This was a tremendous boost to their confidence. Since then they have played numerous shows in Moose Jaw and have also started bringing in bands from somewhere in Manitoba, Calgary, Regina, and Pilot Butte. As of now, June 2003, they continue writing songs and plan on recording a debut album this summer or fall for release in January 2004.
