Notes for Margret Anderson Margret being listed as Jacobs daughter is based on Jacob having a daughter in Margrets age group,and that she named a daughter Barthena after her mother Barthena Bull Anderson ..Margret and Jerry lived next door to James Anderson, son of Jacob and Barthena . Margret was listed as age 0-10 in the 1830 Campbell Co. Tn. Census And in the 1840 Campbell Census she was listed as age 10-15. By 1850 Scott Co. Tn . Census she had left home and is listed with Jerimiah Hayes in the 1860 Whitley Co. Census. |

District 7 is in the Jellico Creek area (per Ron Wilson research report to Martha Harrison). Witnessed by Dennis Trammell and Hugh D. Trammell. James signed by signature, Sarah by mark. James Anderson and Salley to C.R. Anderson, Q:70. - This deed has James Anderson and Sarah Anderson selling land in District No. 7 to C.R. Anderson. the land is near the state line, adjacent to Jerry Hayes fence and a conditional line between James Anderson and Jerry Hayes, to a ridge between Gum Fork and Rock Creek. Signed by James Anderson by signature and by Salley Anderson, by mark. The C.R. Anderson listed is probably Campbell Anderson, son of Jacob and Barthena Bull Anderson. A later deed record shows Campbell Anderson and Melvina Anderson selling land to Charlotte King. It is possible that this is the land that was sold to Charlotte King and would place her a couple of doors from James and Sally Trammell Anderson. |
