    Legacy Files has several imaging products and many imaging and database type services. Our main product theme pertains to large format document management. Large format documents are used primarily in Engineering and Architectural applications.

    Office applications such as accounts receivable, personnel records, dental records and the like may all be controlled quite nicely. Complete turn-key small systems applications are available for in-house use. Includes complete customer training.

Software:
    FileView Browser..... a document viewing package (launcher). View any document type in it's native format.
    FileView Database... a database program for storing and retrieving all sorts of document types. (Paper and Electronic)
    FileView Flipper........a picture viewing program that may be used as an automatic album display program. (View Prototypes) (Work Sites) (Family Vacations)
    FileView Backup.......a very easy to use document backup software program. Dynamic backup to removable media.

Hardware:
    FV1000...a portable entry level electronic file room with a minimum of 80gig of storage. It includes...
                    the FVBrowser, FVDatabase, FVFlipper, FVBackup software suite of products
                    
                    *     Customer staff is required to install all third party viewers, linking software etc.
                    **   All networking and path settings are the responsibility of the customer I.T. staff.
                    *** Services may be available from LegacyFiles at additional cost.

    FV2000...a stand alone electronic file room server includes the following...
                    - 80 gig hard drive
                    - 80 gig removable backup hard drive                     - cd burner
                    - 17 in. color monitor
                    - 101 key keyboard
                    -  mouse
                    - The FileView software suite as listedd above... 
                        FVBrowser, FVDatabase, FvFlipper, FVBackup
                    - The FV2000 system capacity is 10 of tthousands of Architectural size documents
                       Capacities may be easily extended with hard disk upgrades to almost unlimited capacity.

                    The FV200 installation includes all the third party viewing software installed and functional as per
                     formal system demonstrations. Upgrades are as per individual software developer.

                    * Networking and path settings are the responsibility of the customer I.T. staff.

    FV3000...A complete Plan Room Facilities installation. This service includes all hardware and software to Import, Store, Print, Distribute and otherwise manage all file room documents. This service includes electronic Web collaboration storage and distribution services.

                     Complete staff training as may be required.
