The African Queen, though he could have also won for Casablanca and The Maltese Falcon, among other things.

Vertigo. North By Northwest took place everywhere from New York to South Dakota, but not California, Psycho took place at the Bates Motel, and Rear Window took place in an apartment in Manhattan.

4. c.
The Godfather; though director Francis Ford Coppola did win for The Godfather Part II.

5. b. Buster Keaton knocks a train off a bridge in
The General and a whole bunch of people destory the bridge on the Kwai River (thus the title), but there's no trains involved in Cuckoo's Nest, though there are a few buses here and there.

6. a.
A Night at the Opera; Their first film for MGM. Groucho figured that if Zeppo wasn't involed, their value went up.

7. c. Woody Allen; And
Annie Hall ended up winning for Director and Screenplay, along with Best Picture and Diane Keaton's for Best Actress. Kevin Costner didn't write the screenplay for Dances With Wolves, and The Magnificent Ambersons wasn't nominated in any of those categories, though Welles' name, as producer, was nominated for Best Picture.

8. b. Harvey Korman; The Brooks films he did appear in include
Blazing Saddles and High Anxiety.

A Bug's Life. There's Andy in Toy Story, the little girl in Monsters, Inc., and the dentist in Finding Nemo; but A Bug's Life is reserved exclusively for bugs.

10. d. Carey Grant; In spite of
Bringing Up Baby, North By Northwest, The Philadelphia Story, His Girl Friday and especially Notorious.
