Our group was founded on November 10, 1999, by Lilly. Lilly felt alone with the issues she was facing with Down syndrome. She wanted to create a place where everyone could share the ups and downs. Our group is a place where dear friends gather regularly to offer and ask for support. Some of us have met, some of us will met, others will remain faceless but true friends regardless. The group currently has 118 members and we are growing everyday. DSCP (down Syndrome Canadian Parents): Where Down syndrome is a beautiful thing. |
