When you start with a false assumption and apply flawless logic you end up with a flawless false conclusion. In mathematics this is called a false proof. The most deceptive and destructive conclusions are those that base their validity on flawless logic. An argument is nothing more than a line of reasoning whose conclusion is predetermined by the one arguing their position, this is essentially circular reasoning. The linchpin of any argument is the assumption it starts with. The validity of all conclusions should be judged by their assumptions.

Generalizations are a conclusion about a uniform set of characteristics. Generalizations are false assumptions of individual behavior since generalizations ignore individual character determining a choice to specific unique events. Stereotypes are generalizations used by bigots to justify discriminatory blanket conclusions of people with a uniform set of characteristics. Discriminatory thought, political correctness and profiling are all the same, they start with generalizations and deny individual human identity, character, choice and circumstance.
