1.14 19.11.93 Improved error handling on Format Utilities

1.15 16.12.93 Source and Target devices (*D4e) channels are now NOT
closed after every read/write pass (if target <> source device)
This cures a very obscure and dangerous bug of the GC firmware.
When copying a disk (usually ED) with more then 1 pass
(so always) sometimes entire tracks are read wrong
if the *D4e device is closed and later opened
This is NOT a FDU problem, but a GC firmware problem.

1.16 03.02.94 Slight modifications to allow FDU to cope with some of the
bugs of the QXL's SMSQ v2.05 Basic Interpreter
FDU will run 100% on the QXL as soon as these bug
                will be corrected

Compatibility with all graphics mode (EGA, VGA, SVGA)
(so it is now OK with QVME, Miracle Graphic card, QXL....)

1.17 22.02.94 Added option in the Format Utilities menu to Format
Extra capacity with 82 tracks. I realised that TEAC drives
(sold by EEC for example) cannot format at 84 tracks. Pity.

1.18 22.03.94 Better error handling when performing calculations
                (eg. typing 20+40 or -30+$70)

Better error handling when using the Search command

Stupid bug corrected in the Search command answering <N>
                at the "Search string" query.

For Atari compatibility DJ Toolkit has been slightly modified
