Epilogue

Before I knew it, all the guys and I stood in a circle around the gem we would put the royals back in

 hopefully for eternity. We took each others hand as we all closed our eyes and started the casting of

 the gem.

"We the warriors will put the royals back in the gem so there may be peace in the end" We all chanted

 over and over again. I saw one by one each royal being sucked into the gem. I saw Aaron watching us in

 confusion, I didn't want to break his heart and tell him we wouldn't be able to go back home. The

 casting was finally over as King Yukon, the last royal, was sucked in. This was a long and weird

 adventure but it was worth it. We let each other's hands go as the gem closed.

"We did it!" I yelled as we all hugged.

"Nick" Kevin said as I looked at him.

"Yeah Kev?" I asked as he looked at Aaron then back at me.

"Thank you for your help now our future planet is saved" Kevin said as he shook my hand, " Now you may

 go home when you get there everything will be the same before you had came. Also your parents will be

 alive" Kevin said as I smiled.

"Your welcome Kev" I said as he smiled back. I picked up Aaron and walked towards the door just

 hoping this would take us home forever. I opened the door and it was filled with darkness.

"Bye guys" I said as I walked as I walked through.

I woke up on my bed with Aaron in my arms. I recognized my room and smiled. We were finally home

 again. I felt Aaron stir in my arms as he looked up at me and smiled, I smiled back at him as he ran out

 of my room and I heard his feet banging on the steps as he ran downstairs. I followed him downstairs as

 the aroma of breakfast filled the air. I heard voices, the voices of my parents and sisters I missed. I 

walked into the kitchen and saw everyone around the table eating.

"hey Nick" My mom said as I hugged her. I hugged my dad and my sisters as I sat down.

"hey" I said as I started to eat what was on the plate in front of me. I sat around the table happily

 unaware of the things that were lurking around outside.
