Chapter 10

*Jocelyn's POV*

I watched as hundreds of fans ran towards Nick and I. The body guards quickly hovered around us. I saw girls try to grab Nick's pants and shirts but the bodyguards got into a tighter circle. I saw the terrified looks on each of there faces and i looked at nick. Even though his face didnt show a terrified _expression i could tell he was from his eyes. I heard one of the body guards tell us to run for the backstage doors but how was this gonna be possible? There were fans surrounding us, how were we gonna get out of this without getting hurt? I felt two body guards hover over me and I saw two more hover over Nick. The 6 of us started to run quickly and Nick reached out his hand for me to grab onto. I grabbed it and my hand recieved a tight squeeze. I looked back and saw the fans on our heels. I felt Nick's hand slip away from mine and saw how far ahead he was. I started picking up my pace trying to keep up with the bodyguards and out of no where a fan grabbed my arm keeping a tight grip on it. I tried to shake my arm away but there grip was too tight. My heart started to race quickly and I felt tears sting the back of my eyes. My vision started to blur as I watched one of the bodyguards try to get the person to let go of my arm. I felt the persons fingers slowly come off of my arm and I ran to catch up with the other bodyguard. I saw the backstage door and sighed with relief. The 2 bodyguards and I ran backstage and one of them closed the door. I looked at my arm and saw a few black and blue marks. Was this how my life was gonna be because i was dating nick? I watched as Nick ran over to me and hug me tightly. I saw the terrified look was still in his eyes as he pulled back and looked me in the eyes. His eyes traveled down my face and to my arm.

" omg are you ok?" Nick asked as he held onto my arm and asked someone for ice.

" Yeah, i'll be fine" I said even though i knew i wouldnt be. This whole event would be a huge part in our relationship. The question kept playing over and over again in my head. Would life with nick always be like this?

*~*~*~*~*~Last Night Of The Tour *~*~*~*~*~*

Aaron walked offstage and got a towel from one of the crew members backstage. He wiped the sweat from his face and looked around for Lyssa. He didnt see her around and decided to go back to his dressing room. As he was walking back he saw the light on in Lyssa's dressing room and decided to knock but suddenly stopped. He heard a male voice in the room with her and noticed it as Jesse Mccartney of Dream Street. Aaron decided to give Lyssa and Jesse there time to talk since they had become very good friends lately. As he was walking down the hall questions pondered his mind. She was always with Jesse lately and they seemed to have grown very friendly with each other.....was she cheating?

" No Aaron, no, your minds jumping to conclusion" He told himself as he heard someone calling his name and brought himself back to reality. He turned around and had seen Lyssa come out of her room. She walked towards him and have him a hug. Aaron smiled as he hugged her back and kissed her cheek.

" Hey babe" He said while in his mind he was thanking god his thoughts were wrong.

"Hey, happy this is the last concert on the tour?" Lyssa asked as Aaron looked up at Jesse, who was now standing in the doorway grimacing at how the two were. Aaron put his arm tighter around her waist.

"Yeah i'm tired as hell but i'm sorta sad it had to come to an end" Aaron said as Lyssa nodded.

" Well I'm goin back to the bus. See you there alright?" Lyssa asked as Aaron nodded and she gave him a quick peck on the lips. He watched as she walked away out of sight and noticed Jesse still standing there. He thought Jesse was a good guy but when it came to Lyssa he couldnt help but get a bad vibe. He talked to Nick about it but his brother said it was just jealousy. Even though his bro was older and wiser Aaron couldnt help but feel Nick was wrong in some way.

" She's a pretty good actress dont you think?" Jesse said as Aarons gaze fell upon Jesse.

" What do you mean?" Aaron asked as he started to feel his heart break. He knew exactly what Jesse meant.

" She was pretending that whole time. She loves me, not you Carter. Havent you noticed the little signs ever since she joined the tour?" Jesse asked as Aaron started to feel his blood boil. He stormed off to his dressing room and slammed the door as he felt tears slowly slid down his cheeks. How could he have been so stupid.

*~*~* Later That Night *~*~*

Jocelyn walked into Nick's tour bus and sat down on the couch. She watched from the window as Nick talked to the bus driver. She frowned, she couldnt seem to shake that thought from her head. She loved Nick so much but if being with him was gonna be like this she didnt think she would be able to take it. She looked down at her arm and shook her head. It was ridiculous, getting hurt for loving a normal guy. Didnt they understand that Nick had a life too? Just like they do. She heard the door to the bus open and Nick walked in. He smiled and sat down putting his arm around her.

" You ok?" Nick asked as Jocelyn sat there for a second. She didnt know if she should tell him or not. She knew this was what he loved but...

" I guess" Jocelyn said as Nick gave her a concerned look.

" Whats wrong?" Nick asked noticing the confused look in her eyes. How was she supposed to word this? She didnt want to say she didnt want to be with him but...

" Nick, I love you but i dont think if i wanna love you we should get attacked by hundreds of girls" Jocelyn said as Nick kissed her.

" I know Jocy I understand. They'll calm down about it after a while. It just came as a shocker to them" Nick said as Jocelyn smiled. They heard the tour bus doors open and a upset Lyssa came towards them.

" Lys, whats wrong?" Jocy asked as Lyssa choked out a sob.

" Aa..Aaron broke up with me" Lyssa said as tears rolled violently down her cheeks. Jocelyn held out her arms to give her sister a hug and Lyssa  quickly accepted it.

" Did you two have a fight?" Nick asked as Lyssa nodded.

" He thinks i cheated on him with Jesse when i didnt! I was only friends with him i dont know how Aaron ever got that idea" Lyssa said as she cried harder.

" I'll go talk to him ok? Im sure everything will be fine" Nick said and he made his way off the bus to Aaron's. Lyssa stared out the window and tried to think where Aaron would get such an idea from. She frowned, wouldnt anything ever go right for her and aaron?
