Kevin pulled up to the Mc Donald’s and found a parking spot.
“O.k. guys Chow Time!” Shouted
Kevin.
Totally forgetting about the
earlier…Err…Mishap, A.J, Nick and Brian got out of the van, and headed into
McD’s.
“Hey, Howsies, are ya comin or
what?” Yelled back A.J. to his older friend, who was strangely still in the
car.
“Yeah, Yeah, I’m coming” Replied Howie
as he got out of the van, and followed after A.J.
‘Maybe’ Thought Howie,
‘I could still try and tell them, they were really busy that last time…Yeah
I’ll just tell them again.’
“O.K you guys!” Yelled Kevin. “This
is a To-Go order, we can eat it when we get to the cabin, so let’s move move
move move!”
“Yes Sir, Kevin, Sir!” replied
Brian, who was doing a salute.
“Ha…..Ha…..Ha, Very funny Bri
bri!”
After they all had ordered, they
mad their way back to the van, and got in.
As Kevin pulled out of the parking
lot, Howie was just about to try and tell them that he was sick, when….
“HEY, KEVVY WEVVY” Shouted Nick.
“What is it little Nicky?”
“He, don’t call me that! Anyays, I
was wonderin, does your cabin, house thing have cable?”
“Does it even have a TV?” laughed
Brian.
“Yes..now shut up,
both of you. This is a bonding experience, and I don’t want you to be watching
T.V 24/7.”
“Yes daddy”
“Well be good we Promise!”
Howie sighed, they had forgotten
about him yet again. He decided not to try and tell them, they would only
ignore him, besides when he talked his throat hurt. He decided to go to sleep
or try, his head was hurting something nuclear, and it felt like if he even
tried to talk he would throw up. He wasn’t the complaining type anyways.
It was getting dark, Nick and
Brian were asleep, and Kevin had let A.J drive because he didn’t want to fall
asleep while driving.
“We would all be a lot safer
though.” Commented Brian before they had fallen asleep.
They had all eaten the food in the
car; A.J had said that he didn’t like cold food. All except Howie and No one not even ONE person in the car had
noticed! Friends can tell when
something was wrong, couldn’t they? Apparently not.
Howie had taken 4 pills this time
to help ease the pain and it worked too, for about 3 minutes, then the pain
came back so strong he had to bite his lip to help from crying out. He was
beginning to get worried, after all, colds or flu or whatever kind of disease
he had weren’t supposed to send sharp pains up and down his rib cadge and then
going to his head and stomach, Right?
