Weekly and Bi-weekly Cleaning
NOTE: All items listed are done monthly unless otherwise specified.
Kitchen: Cleansing and sanitation of sinks, countertops, waste receptacles, floors if washable and outside of all appliances. Vacuuming and cleansing of flooring, dusting of kitchen cabinets, door frames, baseboards, heating vents, window sills and dusting of wall art but not pertaining to wall art of a cloth nature, please see notation at bottom.
Bathroom: Cleansing and santitation of toilet facilities, tub and/ or shower area, sink(s), countertop(s), tiled walls within reach and waste receptacle(s). Vacuuming and cleansing of flooring, cleansing of mirrors, dusting of shelves, door frames, base moulding, and dusting of wall art but not pertaining to wall art of a cloth nature, please see notation at bottom.
Sitting Area, Dining Area and Bedroom(s): Dusting of all shelving, tables, wall units, knick-knacks, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, lamps, baseboards, window sills, heating vents, and wall art but not pertaining to wall art of a cloth nature, please see notation at bottom. Vacuuming and cleansing of flooring.
Hallway(s), Foyer and Stairs: Vacuuming and cleansing of flooring, dusting of banisters, balusters and base mouldings.
ITEMS THAT ARE DONE ONCE MONTHLY UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED
1. Dusting of walls, ceiling fans, ceiling corners
2. Only interior of windows washed (if requested)
3. Lamp shades and speakers are vacuumed
4. Vacuuming underneath furniture cushions (if requested)
SPECIAL NOTATIONS AND REQUESTS
1. Fresh linens in the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen
2. Interior of curio cabinet(s), china cabinet(s)
3. Cleansing of picture frame glass
4. Client supplies fresh waste receptacle liners
5. Silk, dried flower arrangements, wall art of a cloth nature will not be dusted or vacuumed due to unexpected damages that could be caused.
