Tree limbs and a few trees were downed in Kerr County across mainly the eastern half of the City of Kerrville. There were numerous power outages as a result of power lines being snapped. Winds were estimated at 50 to 60 MPH as a thunderstorm complex moved through the area. Other reports of damage in the Kerrville area included trees being downed in the Schreiner University area.

SEVERE WEATHER REPORTS JULY 15-16, 2005:
For the third day in a row, severe weather was reported in Texas. Severe thunderstorms produced a tornado in Aransas County 5 miles Southwest of Rockport along the Texas coast. No injuries were reported. The tornado touched down near FM 188 and FM 1069.
Hail reports were observed near Lone Oak in Hunt County and Dime-sized hail was reported in the DFW Metroplex 7 miles north of Dallas along the George Bush Turnpike and Dallas Tollway area.
Wind damage reports led all severe weather damage reports Friday as a trailer home was overturned at IB Magee County Park in Port Aransas in Nueces County. No injuries were reported. In Kaufman County, Terrell sustained wind damage again for the third day in a row. Roof damage as a result of high winds affected a dozen commercial buildings mainly over the southern section of the city of Terrell. In Hunt County, 60 MPH wind gusts were observed near Lone Oak. A Ham Operator reported 63 MPH wind gusts in Collin County 4 miles north of Princeton. In Dallas, 3" tree limbs were snapped by high winds near US 80 and Interstate 30. Street flooding was also observed in this area. A shed was blown down 4 miles north of Waxahachie in Ellis County and power lines were downed near Keene in Johnson County.

SEVERE WEATHER REPORTS JULY 14TH:
Thunderstorms produced severe weather across Texas again. Some of the trouble spots included Houston where heavy rainfall resulted in major flooding. Flash flooding also closed roadways in the Three Rivers area in South Texas in Live Oak County. Heavy rainfall closed highways in Gillespie and Llano County including Fredericksburg and Llano. In Austin, Flash Flooding resulted in a water rescue at 11th and Red River Street near Waller Creek. The Austin Fire Deparment successfully rescued the victim from the flooding situation.
Wind damage was reported in DeWitt County near Cuero where power lines were downed. In Erath County in North Central Texas, high winds tore the roof off two buildings on the western side of Stephenville. Trees were also downed in the Lingleville area in Erath County. Terrell in Kaufman County recorded a wind gust to 64 MPH. Power outages were scattered across Ellis County near Ennis. Hail was also reported in the Ennis area. In Telico, hail was covering the roadway NE of Ennis. Two barns were destroyed in Grayson County near Collinsville.
