Day 4 Adventured down the mid-tiger leaping gorge -> Shangrila -> songjianlin temple -> Tibet cultural dance -> hotspring bath
Day 5 Zu-du Lake, back to Lijiang
Day 6 Lu-gu Lake
Day 7 Mosuo tribe museum -> Lijiang
Day 8 La-shi lake wet land horse riding -> Zu-he old town -> shopping
Day 9 Departure Lijiang- > Shengzhen
Through this trip to Yun-nan, I got to know more about my motherland China. We met many fellows from different provinces on the way and they were great companions. Also there are numerous tribes in China with unique cultures who are part of the Chinese population. I am awestruck by the diversities of people and cultures of China.
Zoe, a special guest from England, made this trip extraordinary. Four people from different cultures lived together in a strange place for 9 days. It's absolutely a golden opportunity for me to explore more about myself and my companions as well. I realised how people perceive my behaviour and attitude- sometimes you think you're doing good deeds but actually that might just make people uncomfortable. Some think i was too bossy... Thanks my dear companions for being frank. I benefited and grown up from your help.
Perhaps, there were none of stunning sceneries described in the legend of the "Lost Horizon" from which "Shangri-la" the concept came from, but every small pieces of memory, be it bitter, sour, or sweet were good enough to compensate for the abscence of blue sky! The moments kept running in my mind as if it was only yesterday...
這個雲南之旅，讓我認識到中國的地大物博，從遇見五湖四省的同伴與我們一起遊雲南，以至在雲南看到無數不同的小數民族也都是中國的一分子，真是令我十分感動和震撼 － 中國的文化是如此的廣大和民族及風俗是如此的多元化．
而這個旅程有一位英國朋友一起同行，令我進一步了解自己，並明白到自己有些行為在別人／同伴眼中是如何的，自己以為是為別人付出，別人可能會覺得吃不消；自己以為並沒有什麼大不了的說話，聽在別人耳裡可能會覺得不舒服．
或許這次旅行並沒有傳說中的香格里拉的震撼美景，但每點每滴的記憶，無論是甜，酸，苦，辣，卻足以回味良久，足以彌補了藍天白雲的缺席．
