Trip to wales for DPD exam, snowdon hikingˇK
Travel alone, met 2 guys also coming for DPD exam and they were like angels
-accompanied me and take care of me until arrived Cardiff city.
The jet lag made me woke up at 4am and sleep at ~ 9pmˇKthe sky still bright
over the periodˇK
My favourite pastime was to capture the seagull by my DC. The view from the window in the university hall was marvellousˇKwatched beautiful sunrise twice when i woke up at 4am.
I had the clinical exam on 24/6/2006 and I think I performed quite well. Clenched the diagnosis of myxoid cyst!
In the afternoon after finished the exam, I met Zoe and her 2 friends for the trip to snowdon. We had a relaxing afternoon in Cardiff bay then the next day drove to snowdon, where we stopped for rafting in Bala. I especially like the 5 courses meal in the Pen-y-Gwyrd hotel that night. The next day we went up to the Snowdon peak, we missed the starting point of Pyg trail, instead we go by the Llaberis trial which was the easiest one. Itˇ¦s lucky since my foot is not totally recovered. The unfortunate thing was there was thick mist at the top which did not allow for a good view of the paranomic.
There were pieces of funny jokes and bits along the trip, Zoe and Amrit are very humorous. Amrit likes to call me Flower instead of Veronica!
We travelled back to Birmingham the next day which was a rainy day. ucky that we went up the Peak the day before. When I met Mr and Mrs Hawkins, I felt like meeting old friends again. And they tossed up for me after knowing that I passed that DPD that night when I checked email at their home.
The next day I travelled to London and met 2 friends from HK. I visited the London Eye which i missed 5 years ago. The view was gorgerous...
