I apologize again dear readers. It has been three weeks since our last post, and this is just me running my fingers. I assure you, we have excellent reasons for this. First off, I am dead smack in the middle of buying a house where Brian (my trusty hetero life mate) and I can live and update this page every day. Yes, there will be a dedicated office / computer room and everything will be networked to whatever high speed internet is available. I intend to post so much data the internet itself will be sick of seeing my blue text. Suffice to say, the house in not a reality yet and I'm in the middle of mortgage discussion hell. Something about the natural ambiguity of negotiations does not fit nicely into my black and white world (I prefer to dictate ultimatums) but it is a necessary evil and I am facing it with as good a mindset as I can muster. As far as Brian, and I'm fairly certain this is now fit for public consumption, I can say he has disappeared because of his burgeoning relationship with Richelle. They are a cute couple, always holding hands and being, well, shmoopy. Sadly, he cannot type one handed, and that is the reason for the lack of green text. I'm not complaining though because, well, frankly I haven't been available either so I'm just as bad. Something about throwing rocks in glass houses. Anyway, no harm, no foul and this is a problem we both agreed we need to fix soon. I can at least thank Heaven his g-friend seems pretty cool. Now my promise to you, dear readers. First off, we will get off our butts and fix the Clarendon Crawl page. We will also add all the new pictures from the Billy Goat hike (the good weather one). Finally, we are cleared to go drinking this Friday and there will be fallout from that (oh yes). Finally, the Harper's Ferry camping trip on the 17th of May is 'go' so if anyone wants to play, they can play. So sit tight, thanks for your patience and let the good times roll! |
