Neil plays a variety of snare drums, again depending on the situation, that could be a Singerland wood, a Gretsch 6X14 wood, a Milestone 6X14 Fibreglass, a Rogers Dynasonic, a Duplex brass from the 1920's or a 10X4 Taye snare.
Cymbals are Zildjian with a mix of K's and old A's from the 60's to 1980's New Beat hi-hats. Wuhan Chinese cymbals are often used for effect.
Neil is endorsed by Regal Tip, and uses and highly recommends their products! He also plays a variety of their sticks, ranging from small Jazz sticks for jazz gigs, to 5A's 5B's and 7B's depending on how hard he needs to play!
