Peach Jam


2 quarts peaches
2 quarts sugar
Pour sugar over fruit and let stand overnite.
Add:
2/3 cup orange juice
3 Tbls lemon juice
Boil for 30 minutes, then add:
2 cups strained and crushed pineapple
1 small bottle cut up marachino cherries
Boil till golden (about 5 minutes)
Add:
1 large box orange flavored Jello
Mix well. Pour into canning jars and process.
