Amaretto Sauce This is very nice served with fresh fruit, as a dip. 675g or 750 mls sour cream 250g, of brown sugar.] 1/3 cup of Amaretto Liqueur Mix together till smooth, then beat till custard like, and thick, then chill before serving.
