Spaghetti Sauce

1 lb. hamburger or Italian sausage
1 medium chopped onion
Cook until meat is done. Drain and put in crock-pot
Add:
2 (14 1/2 oz) cans diced tomatoes undrained
1(8 oz) can tomatoe sauce
1 (8 oz) can tomatoe paste
1 bay leaf
1 Tbls brown sugar
4 minced garlic cloves
1 to 2 tsp dried basil
1 to 2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 to 1 tsp dried thyme

Cook in crock-pot on low 7 to 8 hours. Serve over hot spaghetti noodles.
