Poppyseed Chicken


2 cups cooked chicken diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1  1/2 cups sour cream
8 oz. pkg Ritz Crackers, crushed
1/2 cup melted butter
1 Tbls poppyseeds

Melt butter and add crushed crackers and poppyseeds to make a topping.
Mix cooked chicken, soup, and sour cream in a bowl. Add 1/2 of the topping to it. Put in baking dish and top it with the remaining cracker topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
