Chili Spaghetti 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 minced garlic cloves 3 cups tomatoe juice 1 16 oz. can kidney beans (rinsed and drained) 6 oz. spaghetti broken in pieces 1 Tbls. worchestershire sauce 2 to 3 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic. Drain. Put in greased 2 1/2 qt. baking dish; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes. Let stand covered for 10 minutes. |
