Chicken Salad 6 - 8 chicken breasts 2 Tbls chopped green onion 1 can mandarin oranges 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 can thin water chestnuts 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 lb. green grapes 2 cups chopped celery 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup chopped cashews 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Mix all the ingredients together and let stand several hours before serving. Serves 6 - 8. |
