Pumpkin Bundt Cake 1 yellow cake mix 1 small instant butterscotch pudding mix 4 eggs 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup oil 1 cup pumpkin 2 Tbls pumpkin pie spice Mix cake mix, dry pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice together. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well on low speed for 30 seconds and then on medium speed 4 minutes. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes in well greased and floured bundt pan.
