Strawberry Brownie Torte 1 pkg (21 or 23 oz) fudge brownie mix 1 can (14 oz) Eagle Sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup cold water 1 pkg (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding 1 (4 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed 1 qt. fresh, cleaned and halved, strawberries Grease 2 9-inch round cake pans and line with wax paper extending up sides of pans; grease wax paper. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for cake-like brownies. Divide batter into 2 pans. Bake 20 minutes, cool. In large bowl, mix condensed milk and water; beat in pudding mix. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Place 1 brownie layer on plate, and then top with half of the pudding mix and then half of the strawberries. Place the other brownie layer on top and top with remaining pudding mix and remaining strawberries |
