Lemon Cake


1 pkg lemon cake mix with pudding
2/3 cup oil
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups 7-Up

Mix cake and oil. Beat. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add 7-Up, mix well. Pour in a greased and floured 13x9-inch cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.


Lemon Cake Frosting


1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup coconut
2 Tbls powdered sugar (optional)

Mix above ingredients and frost cake. Refrigerate until
ready to serve.
