Favorite Bundt Cake 1 pkg yellow cake mix 1 pkg (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream 3/4 cup vegetable oil 3/4 cup water 4 eggs 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips In large mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, pudding mix, and sugar. Add the sour cream, oil, and water; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour in a greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack to cool completly. Drizzle melted white chocolate on top, or dust with powdered sugar. |
