Banana Cake 3/4 cup butter or margarine 1 1/2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup sour milk 1 cup (2 medium) ripe mashed bananas 2 1/2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder Mix together butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Set aside. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add sour milk and bananas to batter. Beat together well. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
