DUMP COBBLER
BARBARA GRESHAM
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup self rising flour

  • 1 large can fruit in heavy syrup or comstock fillings

  • 1 stick butter or margerine


Mix together milk, sugar, and flour and set aside. using a 13x9x2" baking pan, melt butter in bottom and pour milk mixture over it. Dump in fruit of choice and bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and still bubbly.







CREAM CHEESECAKE TARTS
CHRISTINA SNYDER
  • 2- 8 oz. packages cream cheese

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • muffin wraps

  • box vanilla wafers

  • canned comstock cherries,chocolate syrup,or your favorite topping


Place muffin wraps in muffin pan and place one vanilla wafer in each with the flat side down. Mix together all ingredients and pour into muffin wraps. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. The tarts will fall in center as they cool so then you can fill with your choice of toppings. Makes 14 tarts.
