Senior Principle Procurement Engineer
·         Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier costs to improve bid competitiveness in Order Winning.  Identified £24M cost reduction on the MT-30 GTs in support of the bid for European frigates (FREMM), and £350k cost reduction on the MT-30 GT in support of the Hellenic Navy bid.
·        
Resolved difficult internal supply chain issues to support the first strategic single entity bid to the Royal Navy.  The contract has been awarded.
·        
Re-aligned internal supply chain processes in support of a major contract for refurbishment of vital equipment on Royal Navy Type 22 and Type 42 destroyers. Refurbishment work has commenced.

Lead a team in developing the strategic supplier selection process using the Rolls-Royce Good Practice Framework and the Kepner-Tregoe decision making model.

                                          Basic Training.  Selected for language training at the Defense Language Institute. 
                                          Completed 47 week Russian Basic Course.  Attended submarine course in Pearl Harbor,
                                          Hawaii.  Transferred to Misawa, Japan for a two-year assignment, during which time I
                                          was assigned to submarine direct support activities.
