Senior Principle Procurement Engineer

Develop sourcing strategies and manage
supplier costs to improve bid competitiveness in Order Winning. Identified
£24M cost reduction on the MT-30 GTs in support of the bid for European
frigates (FREMM), and £350k cost reduction on the MT-30 GT in support of the
Hellenic Navy bid.

Resolved difficult internal supply chain
issues to support the first strategic single entity bid to the Royal Navy.
The contract has been awarded.

Re-aligned internal supply chain processes
in support of a major contract for refurbishment of vital equipment on Royal
Navy Type 22 and Type 42 destroyers. Refurbishment work has commenced.

Lead a team in developing the strategic
supplier selection process using the Rolls-Royce Good Practice Framework and
