(AP)
Michael Jackson has sued Universal Music Group, claiming one of the world's largest record company owes him royalties for the mishap with one of it's employee's, who apparently bit a chunk of Jackson's nose off..
The lawsuit accuses Jacob Miller of walking up to Jackson, spitting in his face, kicking him in the groin, then biting his nose off. Michael was found lying on the ground unconcious several hours after the incident.
Universal Music Group spokesman Bob Bernstein declined comment Monday.
But Jacob Miller had to say this, "Michael came up to me. Called me a mother f-----, then said he was gonna kidnap my children. He then went on to kick my knee caps in".
The lawsuit seeks specified damages. Jackson also went on to say Miller stole his shoe laces which costs him $154 each. Later that day (to prove his wealth), Jackson bought another pair of laces followed by three statues of twin dogs worth a heafty $3,100 each. Later in the week, he bought a statue of a vanilla ice cream cone which was estimated at $7,800 followed by six more pairs of shoe laces at $154 a piece and astro-turn for his living room costing $32,210 alone.
