Gary Crosley dies from eating too much clay.
This past Tuesday, the 12 year old who has gained the named Star Wars Kid, died from eating too much clay.
He was buried Thursday in front of his parents and two friends. His parents, Glen and Jean, are suing the makers of 'Former Soft Clay'.
Gary was found dead in his room, clay in his hands and all over his mouth. He loved clay.
Inside of the van, authorties found more stolen board games including Scrabble, Pictionary and Jenga. No more drugs were found on the scene though the suspects appeared to be dazed and confused at times.
"We asked him alot of questions and at first he replied and gave us straight up answers, but as the questioning went on, there were moments of silence. Then all of a sudden he would scream." Officer James Gibson remembers.
Both O'Brian and Tripten were released on bail Saturday night, each costing a heafty $15,000. Michael Keaton, friend of O'Brian paid the bail and hugged him as he was released.
"Let's just hope he straightens out. I am worried. Worried to death." Michael Keaton says after the incident.
Among other things, Touchstone Pictures have officially dropped Barry O'Brian's latest writing effort Where's Waldo? from their upcoming movie list. The movie was slated for a Winter 2005 release and a trailer was set to be released in front of The Matrix Revolutions. Spokesmam Garry McMariote, had to say this about the decision.
"We at Touchstone feel that we cannot trust Barry O'Brian's work anymore. We have decided we would not want to release any material he created while on an illegal drug. It's hard to know what he did when he was on drugs, and when he wasnt."
Where's Waldo?, which was "guaranteed to blow the sound barrier" by O'Brian may not see the light of day now, but Lions Gate Films have expressed interest. Stay tuned for more information on this, and other stories.
