| Motivational workshops Its my first love.Working with people who are prepared to undergo a process of internal restructuring and facilitating their journey of growth is something exciting.Though I know,that change is always painful and specially for elderly people who have come up a long way,its all the more challenging.So my motivational workshop is not always relishing.It also puts challenges and sometimes,sensitizes people towards their weaknesses and the threats infront of them.But it is also very important for growth process.But at most of the moments,its so rejuvenating and inspiring that participants undoubtedly feel the strength coming from within.This is what we can do....to make them realise their own immense strength still lying unfolded.The biggest achievement is to see the shining faces who overcome their barriers and feel that the sky is no limit. | Transcultural touring Going deep into the distinct cultures to understand and feel their way of life is my passion.Ethnographic studies excite me. I have lived with tharu, buxa, jaunsari and bhotia tribes (for participative observation) and have studied their culture and traditions by being their part.I still have Tulsi,a tharu lad and Ramesh, a jaunsari as very close friend of mine.Where ever I go,the monuments and places become secondry for me and people become the prime concern.I relish being with such temperament.I recall,in buxa tribes I lived in a small and half-constructed temple for long.People were initially curious about me but later,they accepted me as master ji (a teacher) and started bringing some food for me. I feel,observation needs keen interest and true empathy.Being outsider,its difficult to understand the viewpoint of local people.It needs a deep sense of projecting ourselves into the prevailing conditions and delinking from our original roots for some moments. |

| VSM : The source of spiritual strength For last six years,I am working with VSM, a self-propelled group of youth,committed for selfless service of humanity. Its a worship for me.I get overwhelmed to see the students from Technology and other colleges, investing their sundays for small and deprived children through free mentoring programme (Sunday Classes).The group works coherently for Personality Development Workshops and Motivational Classes.They organise talks,discussions and study circles as well. I sometimes feel, that its something unusual that in today's selfish world, these motivated souls are devoting their free hours for society.The VSM team has grown as a family and I feel proud to be with them.Its a source of deep inspiration for me.
