| 6 year old boy presented with upper limb hypertension. He was iagnosed as discrete coarction of aorta on echocradiographic examination.A gradient of 50 mm of hg was noted on ECHO, Patient underwent successful balloon angioplasty with a 10 mm MiniTysch balloon through a 5 F sheath.Post baloon angioplasty there was residual gradient of 10 mm of Hg. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
