I finished the 5-inch, and it's a very nice scope. The mirror took me hundreds of hours to make, and I had to stay home from school a lot to finish it. |

I took many frames of Saturn with my webcam and a friend's LX2000 telescope, then stacked them and used Photoshop elements to sharpen. |

Here's another Saturn picture. We used the same process, but a different friend's 9" Celestron SCT. |

Same as above, but stacked differently and rotated. |

This was taken through my 5" f/11.4 newtonian with a Toucam Pro 2 camera on 3/25/05. 39 stacked frames, and processed in photoshop. |

Taken through 5" with Toucam on 3/26/05. Stacked and processed in Registax. Notice Io on the left (you may have to adjust your monitor's brightness; it's pretty faint!). |
