Download lion mask from.  Cut it out and have your preschooler color it. http://www.abcteacher.com/coloring/lionm.jpg   Ask questions about the number of eyes, noses, ears, etc...talk about the letter L in lion.

Counting Day.  Take child's fav cereal, play number game...place 1 to 3 pieces on table, and count 2-gether.

Library Day. Go to the library and find a book on lions...read together

Make a lion plate. 

Paper plate, glue brown construction paper for a mane, draw eyes, nose and mouth, have child color or paint yellow...hang up to display

Just because it's Saturday, doesn't mean you can't review...question your child on the activities you worked on all week.  Use positive words to to encourage for the next week!

Make a Z collage!
