This is a picture of Hervy and Rose Ostiguy's Hereford Durham team Turk and Lion. This team allowed Hervy to win many blue ribbons in the pulling ring across New England for the past 8 years. Due to the ill healt and age of the cattle and the untimely and tragic death of Rose, September 2000, Hervy has since laid to rest this extrodinary pair of oxen that originated in Nova Scotia.

On a Personal Note :
I was given Hervy's name as a source of head yoke cattle in Nova Scotia and without haste he was able to give me a contact and was personally responsible for making sure that I was treated fairly and sold a quality team of oxen.
