January 2007

The kids weren't sure what to think of the snow. Andrew had much more fun in it than Morgan. They usually last outside about the same amount of time it takes to get them bundled up!
Morgan's hands were fitting inside her coat, so we didn't have the need for mittens. Her snowsuit was different, though, so she wore Mom's mittens. They actually stay on better this way!
It finally snowed in January, not that we were complaining, so we had to go out and explore the white stuff.
Morgan cooks up some food in her room. Normally she gets upset if one of her socks is off, but she didn't seem to mind on this day.
This "fun" game of "empty the bookshelf" happens quite regularly. Aparently Drew thought Morgan needed to catch up on her reading.
Our little climber conquers Mount Rubbermaid!
Handyman Andrew fixes the chair with his drill.
Reading books is always popular in our house. Here Dad reads to the kids before they go to bed.
Morgan took her first steps in December, but then proceeded to perfect the art of "knee walking." She also wore out at least three pairs of pants!
Hey kids, don't try this at home! It was cute until Morgan flew off the back.
"I'm sure the snow would be more fun if I could actually see from under my hat!" Actually, Drew would be more likely to say, "Mommy, fix my hat pleeeaaase!"
The boys work hard outside to clear the snow.
HOME
Andrew re-enacts the "Feeding of the 5,000." The Little People must have been craving big cookies!
Morgan loves to ride the tractor around the house. The combination of winter air and the rolling plastic wheels tends to make it a static-filled ride. Note the cute hair.
