To the best of my abilities, I have attempted to present information that is up to date, beneficial, and safe for all concerned. However, I cannot predict the judgement and actions of all the visitors to my site, so the following disclaimer must be displayed.

This section applies to any emails and survey form responses I receive. They are the only two ways I can see your email address.

• Put simply, I will in no way invade your privacy. I will send out no unsolicited emails. I will not make site visitors' email addresses available to any other parties without their express consent. I do plan to gather statistics relating to the care of birds, and perhaps publish those statistics online at a later date. I may also share information with rehabilitators in an effort to develop better caring strategies. But at no point will I ever divulge any personally identifiable information to another person or organization without the approval of the site visitor.
