Yeah we hate rules too but just follow them and we won't have anything to worry about, thanks

1. One journal, one community.  Its really simple, and it saves a lot of time that might otherwise end up lost in confusion.  If you're a member of another community with the username you're using for Spun, you will not be added.  If another community adds you without your approval, remove yourself immidiately.

2. Keep IC and OOC seperate.  Just because Character A doesn't like Character B, that doesn't mean Character A's writer dislikes the writer of Character B.  The second any IC incidents are taken OOC, or vice versa, you will be removed from the community.

3. Update once a week.  We don't believe we're asking too much.  If you have a conflict (such as vacation, illness, computer issues), please inform the mod, and the members, with a post in
the OOC community.  No one is expecting a novel, but if your journal consists of frequent one liners, you will be removed.

4. We reserve the right to reject anyone who applies to join the game.  No rejections will be based on any kind of bias, but rather factors that would ensure that you are not a fit addition to Spun.  These factors include, but are not restricted to poor spelling, poor grammar, stolen icons, stolen journal entries, TeEnIe TyPe, and of course, Amanda.

5. While we understand that this game is based on a harsh, cruel lifestyle, the mod will not accept any storylines regarding murder without his consent.  If you have an idea for a plot line, please alert the mod and a discussion will ensue.  We are not totally closed to this idea, since murder is an obvious reality in the world of both the Mafia and Drug Cartels, but we do regard these realities with extreme discretion.  There will be ABSOLUTELY no storylines involving rape, incest, pregnancy, suicide, or abortion.  These are extremely sensitive issues, and we have chosen to keep them out of our game.  If you attempt to introduce a plot involving any of the above situations you will be removed.

6. The cut tag is your friend.  While we ask that you not post quizzes at all, it is considered respectful to put pictures and song lyrics behind cut tags (<lj-cut text="whatever you want the tag to say">).  We also realize sex between consenting adults, and young adults, happens.  However, if you want to post about it, please keep the information behind a cut tag as well.

7. The mod's word is law.  What he says, goes.  If you have a problem with that, don't join the game.

And thats it.  If you have any questions, comment
the mod
