While those pictured below aren't played, they are still key players in everything that happens in Pedregal.  They are the Adminstration and Cartel royalty that makes the DiMattia crime family such a force to be reckoned with.
Angelo DiMattia is the reputed Mob boss of the DiMattia crime family.  Known affectionattely to his grandchildren, and great nieces and nephews as 'Grand Pappy', Angelo has headed the family since his father Fabrizo DiMattia was incarcerated in 1982 and died a few years later in 1986.  He has two sons, and a daughter; his wife, Margurite died last year of complications due to breast cancer
Isabella Nichols is Angelo DiMattia's only daughter.  While she isn't dirrectly involved in the crime family, her marriage to upper crust dealer, Vincent Nichols brought the DiMattia's future in organized crime to a much brighter peak
In 1980, shortly before Angelo DiMattia took over the family, his only daughter Isabella married esteemed New York City trader Vincent Nichols.  Nichol's extracurriculars included heading up a high class drug smuggling, trading, and dealing ring with contacts on six continents, expanded the DiMattia family's power, creating a new, lucerative business for all involved.  Vincent is married to Isabella Nichols and has one daughter, Jamie.
Tony DiMattia is the cut up, rough around the edges, but soft at heart, underboss in the DiMattia crime family.  He will be the one to step up and head the family when his uncle Angelo becomes unable or unfit.  He lives with the reality that his uncle and mentor whacked his father, Angelo's brother, when he was only six years old.  Tony is married with one daughter, Kate.
Luigi DiMattia is Angelo's only living sibling (two other brothers were clipped in the past), closest confidant, and the family consigliere.  Always rational, he keeps Angelo in line, and secretly holds himself as they key to the family success (he introduced Vincent to Isabella against her father's wishes).  Luigi is twice divorced with five grown children
Lukas Ridson is a childhood friend of Vincent Nichols, and a former associate in the Philadelphia mob.  His connections to both sides of the DiMattia business have made him invaluble.  Lukas holds up 'international' relations for Vincent, and often advises Tony DiMattia.  He is married with three young children
Jimmy "Biggie" Pettrucelli is Lukas Ridson's uncle (brother to Luka's mother).  An amature dealer, his degrees in business and previous occupation (he owned his own car dealership, specializing in the sales of foreign vehicles) have made him a delightful asset to the family, as he heads 'domestic relations' for Vincent.  His quick wit and antics have made him popular at family parties; he is married but has no children
The younger of Angelo's two sons, Marco DiMattia is a capo who covers by owning his own business, an Italian resteraunt called Vincenzo's, where the family often meets.  Marco has been making a name for himself, heading up the largest crew in the United States, rivaled only by huge mafia crews in Russia.  Marco was recently married and has a young son.
Herto DiMattia is possibly the most misunderstood and beloved member of the DiMattia family.  He has no clear postition, though he has clipped his fair share (never alone, however)   He takes a day job as a janitor at the local school.  Angelo assigned him this postition both to look out for young recruits, and to keep an eye on the family's children.  He has never been married, and seems to have a new girlfriend every week.
Eugene Banks is Jimmy Pettrucelli's nephew.  A dealer turned clucker, Eugene often finds himself the butt of the family's jokes and is constantly looking for ways to improve his standing, and prove himself.
