Here is our little missy. She is such a lady. A little bigger than your standard pom, she outshines them
all. Well, okay, in my eyes anyway. I realize everyone's little friends are just as special as the other. But
this is our special little lady. ![]() Ginger is the type of dog that just rolls with the punches. Probably got it from Gordie. Seriously, her personality is great. She just never complains. And I know sometimes she must have a gripe or two, but she just goes with whatever you want and need her to do. She does have a little attitude tho. She is like a cat in that she is so independent. She will just stick her nose in the air and ignore you. I know she's listening tho. I guess she will pay attention when the subject turns to something of interest to her. ![]() She is starting to get up in years now too. You can see the touch of gray hair in her little face. What a wise little one. She truly gets along with everyone. Even the grandkids. She tolerates the little one, until she has had enough. Then she snips at him and he understands right away.. okay, she's not going to play now. You know how it is with senior dogs anyway.. they have to have their quota of sleep. And believe me when its nap time, she just goes to sleep, no matter what's going on.
But she's my little girl. She stays with me most of the time seeing what I'm doing. Hmmm, wait, I thought it
was loyalty. I forgot she's a girl. Just has to have her nose into everything is more likely the reason she
follows me around.
![]() Truly, her most favorite thing to do is just sit outside. This bounces back of course from her being nosey. But she likes to keep track of her backyard. Those squirrels you know. There's no telling what they might do if you didn't keep watch on them all the time. And of course she has to know how many new leaves blew in for the day. And hey, what's that butterfly doing? Just a funny, silly nosey ole girl. And we love her. ![]() As I see her aging, I know the day will come in the near future when we have to part from this world. I plan on utilizing each day to make it the most for all of us. I want her senior years to be happy ones too. So yes she pretty much is spoiled rotten. But that's okay. As much love and companionship she gives to everyone, its the least we can do for her. She is such a joy. We love her very much. We had to have Ginger join her buddies in doggie heaven last night. She made it to her 17th birthday tho. She finally just couldn't go anymore and you know the time has come. She was unable to eat or drink anymore. What a wonderful gift she has been to share her lives with us. We miss you little girl. We will forever love you. ![]() Or HOME
