| Born
on November the thirteenth in the year of nineteen
seventy nine. I was born to Betty and James Lee
Arnold, Whom where living in Joliet, Illinois at the
time. After waiting a year my mother and father had my
siblings. Starting from the oldest to the youngest:
Joseph, Jason, Joanna, Judith, and John. We lived in a
big white, wood and brick house, that sat next to the
church building that my father was preaching at. The name
of the church building is still Forest Park Christian
Church. Everyone from my moms side of the family
lives in the area. My aunt stayed around the corner and
up the street, while my uncle stayed down the street and
around the block. Also, I had an auntie who stayed a few
houses down from the school. The name of the school I was
attending at the time was A. O. Marshall. After living a nice peaceful suburban live for about thirteen years, we moved to Ohio. We stayed with my Auntie Rose for about a year, until the church my father was now preaching at bought us a nice three story brick house. We starting attending school at the Learning Academy within the church. It is called the President Drive Christian Church and Learning Academy. We stayed there long enough for me to start having an interest in women. After my first crush, broke my heart we moved to Atlanta, Ga. First we lived to the Ben Hill area for about a year and a half. During this year I was attending Bunche Middle school. After Bunche we moved to the Adamsville area, where I started attending Harper Archer High School. On my first day of school, there was a riot that caused the school to be dismissed early as well as increased security the next day. I joined the debate team, and started writing sports reviews for the school newspaper. I was a straight A student for that year. However, the next year wasnt so nice. I dropped down to a B average, and by the end of the year I was failing in at lease two classes. The following year I was planning on getting my act together. Well, I was doing alright until I got into an argument with a teacher that got me suspended for school. Once I was suspended I just never went back to school. Instead, I started running the streets with my brothers and Dem Dollar Mill Boyz. Before I knew it I was getting locked up, smoking, drinking, having sex. Well, you get the point. I ended up with a daughter, some charges on my record and a suspended license. Well, I did raise my daughter until her mother finished high school and her career training. Thats when I tried going to Washington Night School. Well, I dropped out of school and got a full time job. By this time my family had moved to College Park. I got my own place for a little while, until I moved back with mom and dad. Got my G.E.D. and started attending classes at Atlanta Technical College. Where I am currently. Writing this autobiography has helped me to remember things in my past that I had forgotten. I hope that in reading about me you might find something within yourself that will enlighten you to new experiences. |
