Dr. Romer�s doctoral research unraveled the leadership attributes of the pastors of large churches in urban Metro Manila such as Greenhills Christian Fellowship, Day by Day Ministries, Word of Hope, Jesus Christ Saves Global Outreach, Word of Hope, and Christ Commission Fellowship, to name a few. Kouzes and Posner recognized this research for having followed their framework, �The Leadership Challenge.�
Formerly, Dr. Romer worked with Far East Broadcasting Company as Director of Biblical Education for All through Media and the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches as Program Coordinator of the National Church Planting Program in line with DAWN2000. He also held the post of executive director with the PAFTEE (Phil. Asso. For Theo. Educ. by Extension). He is currently an adjunct faculty at Asian Seminary of Christian Ministries and the International Bible College of Jesus Is Lord Church.
He has conducted seminar-workshops in both religious organizations and the corporate circle both here and abroad.
