I am the book,
Into which you may look.
Beware what you find,
So much is unkind.
And Jesus said," I am the Book."
The pages are filled with traces,
Of people and exotic places.
The stories so structured inside,
In each a message I hide.
And Jesus said," I am the Book."
The cover is ragged and worn,
The pages are tattered and torn.
Once started you find the need,
This book you need to read.
And Jesus said," I am the Book."
The stories are varied,but true,
Some are happy,and some are blue.
Some pages remain still empty,
The chapter is not through.
My wish is to fill them,
With stories of you.
And Jesus said,
"I am" ... the Book
