The 5-0 grind is simply and can be easy to learn but concentrates on balance and determination. Aproach your ledge,curb or obstacle the same way you would for a 50-50. Ollie almost like you were going to do a manual but don't lean back. If you lean back you will just end up falling to the hard concrete. Once on ride in the manual position for as long as you can then slide off and ride away. At first don't go at a speed your not comfortable with and get your balance down, then speed it up.
