Biography:
Tom has shown exceptional jumping skills and athleticism, thus garnering comparisons to Vince Carter. However, Tom's desire at times also matches that of Carter.
Tom has shown he can hit the mid range jump shot, and play average to good defense. He is stronger than most other 2 men and definitely more athletic.
Without the right one-man next to him, Tom can fail to be affective. With Craig Schattner in 2005, Tom struggled with the softer big man. Changing up styles, he played with Kevin but both lost focus and lacked desire. In 2007 he finally found his match with Ashkon and made a brief playoff appearance.
