ok, right to the band thing. I own Ludwig Rocker Elites, a sweet yellow wood-grain birch set. I play on Evans Double-Ply Glass tom heads with Ludwig resonants, a G2 snare batter with an original-to-the-drum Ludwig resonant, and an E3 bass with a black ported resonant head. I use 7A's, 5B's, or Bissonette Specials. I play on two toms. I have two 16" crashes from Avedis Zildjian, a thin and medium respectively. I recently acquired a badass new Avedis 20" Medium ride, and i have Avedis 14" New Beat hihats on a double-braced, single-spring hihat. it's enough. i like it. i'm all about snappy snare with high rebound and serious bass thump.
